Presbyterian Cocktail
Emerged in the late 19th or early 20th century when Scotch highballs became fashionable and carbonated mixers were widely available.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Chivas Regal 12 Blended Scotch
- 3 oz Soda Water
- 3 oz Fever Tree Light Ginger Beer
Method
Fill highball glass with ice and add Scotch. Add soda water and ginger ale/beer give 5-7 gentle stirs. Express a lemon peel for garnish.
