Old Pal
Created by Harry MacElhone in Paris during the 1920s. Part of the same cultural moment as the Boulevardier and Sidecar.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Rittenhouse Straight Rye BiB
- 3/4 oz Campari Original
- 3/4 oz Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir for 20-25 seconds, until smoothly diluted and well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass and garnish with expression of lemon peel.
