Drambuie Iced Coffee
For those that prefer a coffee latte or a longer cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Drambuie Scotch Whisky Liqueur
- 1 x Home Brewed Espresso
- 1-1/2 oz Heavy Cream
Method
Combine Drambuie and Espresso in a mixing glass with fresh ice and stir for 10-15 seconds to avoid over dilution. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice or a large ice cube and top with cream.
