More balanced and not too sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Beluga Export Vodka
- 3/4 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
Method
Place ingredients in shaker with fresh ice, shake aggressively for 10-12 seconds to limit dilution. Strain into martini glass and garnish with expressed lime peel and a thin lime wheel floater.
