Mazatlan
Essentially a tequila based Manhattan.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz G4 Blanco Premium Tequila
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura Original Bitters
Method
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Stir 20-25 seconds until properly chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with one maraschino cherry and expression of an orange peel.
