Silver 75
A tasty Mexican twist on a classic French 75.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz G4 Blanco Premium Tequila
- 1 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1:1
- 2 oz Mionetto Prosecco Doc Treviso Brut
Method
Add base ingredients to shaker with ice, shake 8-10 seconds, hard and fast. Double strain into chilled flute or coupe and top with the sparkling wine. Express lemon twist and drop into glass.
