Grapefruit Mimosa
A more aperitif adjacent take on a mimosa.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Mionetto Prosecco Doc Treviso Brut
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 1:1
Method
Add grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a chilled flute or coupe glass, top gently with Prosecco. Give one gentle stir. Garnish with an expression of grapefruit peel or a small grapefruit wedge.
