Mojito
Clean, classic refreshing cocktail of Cuban origin.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi Superior White Rum
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 1:1
- 8 x Spearmint (Organic)
- 3 oz Soda Water
Method
Combine mint and simple syrup in a shaker, gently press mint once or twice, do not muddle/pulverize. Add lime juice and rum. Add ice and briefly shake, 3-4 seconds max. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with chilled seltzer and give a light stir. Garnish with a mint spring and lime wheel.
