White Lady
Variation of the Sidecar, swapping brandy for gin, and is known for its balance of botanical, citrus, and sweet notes, with a history linked to Prohibition-era bartenders like Harry MacElhone and Harry Craddock.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 x Egg White
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake hard for ~10 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or Nick & Nora.
