Pegu Club
Named for the Pegu Club located in Rangoon, the capital of British Burma in the early 20th century.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 dash Angostura Original Bitters
- 1 dash Fee Brothers West Indies Orange Bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds, hard and fast. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. No garnish is customary.
