19th century cocktail attributed to George Kappeler, appearing in Modern American Drinks.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Laird's Straight Apple Jack 86
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur
- 2 dash Angostura Original Bitters
Method
Stir for 25-30 seconds and strain into chilled coupe glass. Express an orange peel and garnish with Maraschino cherry.
