A sour-style drink that became popular in the 1920s in Paris and London, known for its balance.

Ingredients

Method

Chill a coupe glass and optionally half rim the glass with sugar for garnish. Add ingredients to shaker with plenty of fresh ice and shake for 10-12 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe. Express a lemon peel for garnish.
